_By Timothy C. Farmer: Independent contractor, using a National Safety Council curriculum that can be customized for particular industries. I am authorized to issue certificates of training, for the classes I instruct.
_ I am not an employee, agent, or business representative of the National Safety Council

_ I usually go to the clients location, but can occasionally obtain a class room at another location. A video screen is normally used, and there are space requirements that depend on the number of participants and any customization of the training. But it could even be done in the field. 

_ I'll make some cost adjustments, such as per person discounts for groups or if you furnish the video screen. I do not add travel expense for local classes, but need to do so for distant travel.
_I always give a free second chance to failures.
_Cash or check payment is expected in advance.
_Minors will need to supply their own adult supervision or a written permission.
_THE PRICES BELOW might be for up to four firts time customers in a local class, where I have to provide the viewing screen and bring my own lunch
_ I also reserve the right to render service as an act of benevolence or mutual support, or by barter.
